UMA RUBBER AND PLASTIC PRODUCT is a rubber product manufacturing company incorporated in 1991.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Executive with a customer-first mindset. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing inquiries, coordinating with the sales team, and converting prospects into customers through digital channels and remote engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with potential leads via phone, email, and digital platforms.
- Identify potential customers through online research, databases, and industry listings.
- Qualify leads and coordinate with Sales Engineers and the Sales Manager for further development.
- Maintain and update CRM system with accurate data and lead tracking.
- Prepare quotations, commercial offers, and sales documents as per customer requirements.
- Follow up on quotations, address customer queries, and support the closure of deals.
- Support market mapping efforts and prepare customer reports, presentations, and product documentation.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and timely response.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients via phone and email.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum Requirement:
- Diploma in Mechanical/Rubber Technology OR
- BBA in Marketing OR any graduation with relevant inside sales experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with industrial sales, product-based B2B interactions, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong digital and telephone communication skills to drive engagement.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and handle pressure.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; regional language is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and CRM tools.
- Quick learner with the willingness to understand technical products.

Selection Criteria for Inside Sales Executive
Salary: 25,000 - 35,000 per month + 1% incentive (Negotiable for exceptional candidates).
Education (Minimum Requirement):
Diploma in Mechanical/Rubber Technology OR
BBA in Marketing with industrial exposure.
Work Experience:
1-3 years in technical/B2B sales (preferably industrial rubber, plastic, or machinery sectors).
Freshers with strong technical knowledge and a sales-oriented mindset can be considered.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication (spoken & written) in English and Hindi
- Lead generation, customer handling, and CRM updates
- Attention to detail and ability to follow up proactively
- Knowledge of OEMs and industrial applications is an added advantage
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer data
Additional Preferences:
- Experience with LinkedIn/IndiaMart and other lead-gen tools
- Exposure to industrial rubber, plastic, or related manufacturing sectors
Familiarity with email campaigns, digital follow-ups, and trade fair lead handling
