About the Company: Grid Solutions aspires to become a leading Solar EPC company driving the clean energy transition across West Bengal. We aim to create a structured, high-performance direct-to-consumer sales engine providing turnkey solar solutions for residential projects under the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana. We also intend to foray into the C&I segment parallelly.

It is a sister concern of Kohinoor Plastech, which is the largest manufacturer of Cell Fill formwork used in Cell Fill Concrete technology. Experience: Minimum 1 - 2 Year in any field sales (Telecom, FMCG, FMCD, Insurance, Banking,

Footwear, (Solar/renewable energy experience is a plus but not mandatory))

Qualification:+2 and above

Gender: Male /Female

Job Responsibilities:

1. Must have strong knowledge and experience in sales.

2. Generate leads and convert them into successful solar projects.

3. Meet clients, understand requirements and provide suitable solutions.

4. Achieve sales targets and maintain customer relationships.

5. Good communication and negotiation skills.

Salary: Rs. 15,000 - 25,000 Per Month

Incentive: Up to Rs. 20,000 Per Month
