About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive - Air to drive business growth in the HVAC segment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B sales of HVAC products and solutions, with a strong understanding of air-side systems and market channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, OEMs, contractors, consultants, and end customers.
Promote and sell HVAC products, including AHUs (Air Handling Units), cooling solutions, and related air-side equipment.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the assigned territory.
Achieve sales targets and revenue objectives through effective market penetration.
Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions.
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order processing, and project execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in the HVAC industry.
Proven experience in selling HVAC products and solutions.
Good understanding of AHU, cooling systems, MEP projects, and HVAC applications.
Strong network among distributors, dealers, OEMs, and contractors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
