This job is provided by apna.co Customer Service & Sales – Welcome customers, understand their needs, explain products, and help them choose the right product.
Product Knowledge – Keep updated on product features and use this knowledge to give customers the right information.
Stock & Store Management – Monitor stock availability, maintain proper product displays, and ensure products are displayed as per store standards.
Sales & Customer Feedback – Work towards achieving sales targets, maintain good relationships with customers, handle queries, and share customer feedback with the manager.
Training & Store Discipline – Attend required meetings and training programs, follow store rules and procedures, and complete other duties assigned by the manager.
