Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. This on-site role, based in Pune, involves building client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored financial solutions. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, meeting sales targets, conducting client presentations, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. As the face of the company, the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and actively contribute toward achieving business growth objectives.

Experience - 1+ Year into any Sales, Client relations, Lead Generation, Fieldsales, Customer support (Industries like Banking, Finance, Insurance, Real estate, etc)

Job type - Fulltime/ Part-Time

Training and support will be provided

Includes travel whenever required within Pune.

Work Location - Pune (Near Swargate)

Work timings - Flexible (Hybrid)

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and client relationship management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clientele
  • Solid understanding of financial products, investment solutions, and market trends
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and devise suitable financial strategies
  • Technical proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven track record in sales with measurable results is preferable
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
