About the Role -
We are looking for a highly driven and articulate Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who have strong cold calling experience and are confident in engaging with decision-makers, understanding business needs, and driving conversions in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities -
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to generate leads
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant solutions
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Follow up consistently to drive conversions
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Required Skills and Experience -
- 13 years of hands-on experience in cold calling / inside sales
- Excellent verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
- English and Hindi Language proficiency
- High energy, confidence, and resilience in a target-driven role
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets
- Basic understanding of digital marketing is an advantage
Preferred Experience -
- Experience in a digital marketing agency or B2B sales environment
- Exposure to lead generation and client acquisition processes
