About the Role -

We are looking for a highly driven and articulate Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who have strong cold calling experience and are confident in engaging with decision-makers, understanding business needs, and driving conversions in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to generate leads
  • Understand client requirements and pitch relevant solutions
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Follow up consistently to drive conversions
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Required Skills and Experience -

  • 13 years of hands-on experience in cold calling / inside sales
  • Excellent verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • English and Hindi Language proficiency
  • High energy, confidence, and resilience in a target-driven role
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing is an advantage

Preferred Experience -

  • Experience in a digital marketing agency or B2B sales environment
  • Exposure to lead generation and client acquisition processes
