We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to handle and convert incoming sales inquiries. This role is crucial in driving sales growth, building lasting customer relationships, and enhancing the company's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads and follow up via field visits, phone, email, or chat to convert them into sales.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inquiries, follow-ups, and sales in CRM or Excel.
  • Regularly update product listings, prices, images, and offers on online platforms.
  • Ensure a high response rate and quick turnaround for all online leads.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processing and high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitors and improve listing visibility through content optimisation.
  • Report daily/weekly performance metrics, including leads handled, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
  • Regularly onboard resellers and maintain relationships
  • Manage the whole sales cycle from lead generation and continuing through to closing the sale.
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in SAAS sales, lead handling, or inside sales.
  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English.
  • Familiarity with online marketplaces, CRM systems, and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to multitask and consistently meet sales targets.
