About Role

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing ed-tech team in Kozhikode. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, building relationships with educational institutions and learners, and converting leads into customers. If you are passionate about education and have a knack for sales, we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the ed-tech space through calls, visits, and digital outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, parents, students, and institutional partners
  • Manage and update leads and pipeline activity using CRM toolsMeet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to relay customer feedback and market insights
  • Demonstrate leadership by guiding junior team members and contributing to a positive team culture

Requirement's

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in ed-tech sales or a related fieldHands-on experience with CRM software (e.g. Zoho, Salesforce, Leadsquared, or similar)
  • Fluent in Malayalam and English verbal and written
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to take initiative
  • Must own or have access to a personal laptop
