Description
We are looking for a skilled Zoho Techno Functional Consultant who will be responsible for implementing and managing Zoho solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both technical and functional aspects of Zoho applications, ensuring that our clients receive tailored solutions that enhance their business processes.
Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure and customize Zoho applications according to business needs.
- Integrate Zoho with other third-party applications and services.
- Provide training and support to clients on Zoho functionalities.
- Conduct data migration from legacy systems to Zoho.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving client issues related to Zoho applications.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in Zoho CRM and other Zoho products.
- Strong understanding of business processes and workflows.
- Proficiency in Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and other Zoho Suite applications.
- Experience with API integrations and web services.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
