Role Summary
As a B2B Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in driving Skill-Lync's enterprise growth by identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with CXO-level stakeholders across target industries. Key Responsibilities
CXO Outreach: Connect with senior executives in R&D and L&D functions across targeted
organizations.
Research & Database Management: Build and maintain an up-to-date database of CXO
contacts and key decision-makers.
Lead Generation & Scheduling: Identify potential clients, initiate contact, and schedule
discovery calls and meetings.
Client Meetings: Attend meetings with the Enterprise Sales Manager to capture client
requirements and present solutions.
Follow-Up & Engagement: Proactively follow up to ensure client satisfaction and address
queries post-meeting.
Reporting: Share regular updates on outreach activities and pipeline progress with the Regional
Head.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
15 years of experience in sales, business development, or sales support roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with MS Oce Suite and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Prior experience engaging with senior stakeholders is a plus.
