Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Inside Sales Executive based in Bengaluru. The role involves prospecting potential clients, generating leads, and nurturing client relationships. The executive will engage in customer interactions, provide product information, address queries, and drive sales conversions. Collaboration with other team members to meet sales targets and contribute to company growth is a core aspect of this position.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Inside Sales and proficiency in lead generation
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer service skills to build and maintain robust client relationships
- Sales skills with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
