Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing product presentations, proposals, and client documentation
Coordinate with sales teams to understand customer requirements
Support product demos and follow-up discussions
Research client industries, market trends, and competitor offerings
Maintain and update CRM records and reports
Work with technical teams to gather product information and solutions
Help respond to RFPs, RFQs, and customer queries
Required Skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Basic understanding of IT/software products (training will be provided)
