Job Summary

The Field Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving sales growth by engaging clients directly through in-person meetings and travel across assigned territories. This role demands strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive sales approach, and the ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, customer-focused, and willing to travel extensively to meet and exceed sales targets.

Note: Mandatorythe person should be able to speak local language (Marathi for Mumbai/Pune, Gujarati for Ahmedabad, Kannada for Bangalore) is preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales leads and business opportunities within assigned territory.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to understand client needs and propose appropriate SAP-based solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth follow-up and order fulfillment.
  • Travel frequently to client locations for meetings, product demonstrations, and business development.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like marketing and technical support to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, preferably field sales or B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively and attend in-person client meetings.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
