Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Jaipur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying and pursuing potential clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and closing sales opportunities. Daily tasks include reaching out to new leads, engaging in client meetings, providing detailed product knowledge, and negotiating deals to achieve sales targets. Collaboration with the marketing team and participation in strategic planning will play a key role in the growth of the sales pipeline.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Sales and business development experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Proficiency in lead generation and CRM tools to track and manage sales activities
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment and demonstrate customer-focused attitudes
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced dynamic industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
