Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Executive with a B.Tech/M.Tech background in Electronics & Communication for a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing relationships with existing clients, preparing and delivering technical presentations, and understanding client needs to recommend appropriate products or solutions. Daily tasks will include responding to customer inquiries, preparing proposals, collaborating with internal teams to meet client requirements, and staying updated on industry trends and product developments.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical knowledge in RF & Microwave components, antenna systems, simulation software, and electronic communication products.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques, client relationship management, and understanding of market dynamics in the electronics or RF & Microwave industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to understand customer requirements, provide tailored solutions, and close sales.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics & Communication or a related engineering field.
  • Previous experience in sales or business development in a technology-focused environment is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic, competitive environment.
  • Willingness to travel periodically for client meetings and industry events.
