Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Gurgaon, India, with a compensation of up to 5 LPA. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop effective marketing plans, set sales targets, and lead a team to meet organizational goals. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Additionally, the role involves preparing and analyzing sales reports, managing the sales pipeline, and implementing strategies to enhance revenue growth.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Experience in creating and executing Marketing strategies and plans
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team effectively
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a customer-focused approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
