Salary: 25K to 45K

Experience: 6 month till 5 years

Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for an EdTech Counsellor based in Noida. The EdTech Counsellor will guide prospective students in exploring relevant courses, understanding program benefits, and making informed decisions. Key responsibilities include providing personalized counseling, addressing inquiries, managing admissions, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The intern will also actively contribute to building relationships with students, offering exceptional support throughout their enrollment journey, and contributing to marketing initiatives to promote 4Achievers offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in customer service and relationship-building strategies
• Basic knowledge of educational programs and IT industry trends
• Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage student inquiries and records effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and adapt to dynamic responsibilities
• Familiarity with client management software and tools is a plus
• A proactive attitude and passion for guiding individuals in shaping their education and career
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or recent graduate in a related field such as Education, Psychology, or Business Administration is a plus
