Position: Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales: Execute outbound campaigns (cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach) to identify potential B2B clients and End to End sales.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for small to mid-sized accounts and field sales for large enterprise deals.
- OEM Collaboration: Work closely with our partner ecosystem Apple product penetrations.
- Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with key decision-makers (IT Heads, Procurement Managers) to ensure Team Computers is their preferred IT partner.
- Solution Mapping: Collaborate with the internal Pre-Sales and Technical teams to draft preliminary proposals and quotes that meet the client's technical requirements.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales.
- Industry Knowledge: Preferred - Prior experience working with a System Integrator (SI), Value-Added Reseller (VAR), or IT Hardware/SaaS company is highly preferred.
- Tech Savvy: Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure (Laptops/Servers/Storage).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be comfortable picking up the phone and talking to senior stakeholders.
- Attitude: A Hunter mindset—resilient, persistent, and target-driven.
- Tools: Familiarity with tools LinkedIn Sales Navigator and others.
