Sales Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in the Pune Division. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their needs, providing technical support for our products and services, and presenting tailored solutions to help businesses achieve their goals. This role involves collaborating with the sales team, delivering compelling presentations, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The Sales Engineer will also provide insights to help refine product offerings and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support, with the ability to design and communicate solutions tailored to client needs
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and cross-functional teams
• Customer Service and Sales aptitude with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
• Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry or similar industry is a plus
