We are hiring Sales Engineers for industrial instrumentation products including pressure switches, transmitters, and gauges for OEM and industrial applications.
This role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in field instrumentation, industrial automation, process instrumentation, or technical industrial sales who want faster growth, deeper technical exposure, and direct interaction with OEMs, EPCs and consultants.
This is a field-oriented hybrid role involving customer visits, industrial travel, and coordination with the office team.
You will work with products such as:
- Pressure Switches
- Pressure Transmitters
- IIoT Gauges
- Electronic Pressure Switches
- Industrial Process Instrumentation Solutions
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage customers in assigned industrial territories
- Visit OEMs, EPCs, system integrators, panel builders, and industrial plants
- Generate enquiries and convert them into business
- Understand customer applications and recommend suitable instrumentation solutions
- Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams
- Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners
- Participate in product presentations, technical discussions, and exhibitions

Who We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in industrial instrumentation / automation / technical sales
- Diploma or Degree in Instrumentation / Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical Engineering
- Strong communication and customer interaction skills
- Willingness to travel for customer visits
- Basic understanding of pressure measurement and industrial processes
- Self-driven attitude with a hunger to grow
