Sales Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Pune. The Sales Engineer will work closely with the sales team to provide technical support during the sales cycle, identify customer requirements, and recommend suitable solutions. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, addressing customer technical queries, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sales through continued support and troubleshooting. The role involves engaging with clients to secure sales opportunities and presenting technological information in a clear and compelling manner.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service capabilities
• Proficiency in handling Sales processes
• Ability to solve technical problems and provide effective solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Proficiency in technical presentation and demonstration
• Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing technical role is a plus
