Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer, located in Pune. Responsibilities include leveraging technical expertise to support the sales lifecycle and effectively communicate technical solutions to clients. The Sales Engineer will collaborate with the sales team to demonstrate products, provide technical assistance, and identify customer needs to deliver tailored solutions. The role also includes maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering post-sales support to enhance product functionality and usage.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Experience in Technical Support and providing field-based product demonstrations
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse client base
- Proven Customer Service skills, with a commitment to ensuring client satisfaction
- Understanding of analytical instruments or prior experience in a related industry is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline is preferred
- Willingness to work on-site in Pune and travel, as required, to meet clients
