Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a Sales Engineer at Ashu Engineering Company. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales of industrial lubricant solutions, providing technical support to clients, and building strong, lasting customer relationships. Key daily tasks will include identifying potential customers, presenting product solutions, resolving technical issues, and supporting clients with tailored recommendations to improve their operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales skills to actively identify leads, engage with prospects, and meet sales targets.
  • Strong capabilities in providing Technical Support and solving customer challenges based on product expertise.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in industrial lubricants or related industries is advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site role and travel to client locations within the designated regions.
