Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Ahmedabad, with opportunities for remote work. As a Sales Engineer & Service Engineer, the successful candidate will engage in pre-sales and post-sales technical support, providing expert guidance on product installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance. The role involves fostering customer relationships, delivering demonstrations, crafting optimized solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Travel to customer locations within the region may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Sales Engineering and technical aptitude for handling inkjet and thermal printers
  • Strong Customer Service and Technical Support skills to address client needs and resolve issues efficiently
  • Experience in sales processes and ability to develop and close business opportunities
  • Exceptional Communication skills for effective client interaction and relationship management
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid setup and manage on-site engagements
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field is preferred
