Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer based in Ahmedabad India. The Senior Sales Engineer will engage in technical sales activities, effectively communicating product features and benefits to prospective clients. Responsibilities include delivering technical support, identifying customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and fostering long-term relationships. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business growth objectives.

• Strong skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to deliver effective solutions and handle technical queries.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service capabilities to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proven experience in Sales with the ability to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
• Relevant technical or engineering degree is preferred.
• Familiarity with pharma machinery is advantageous.
