Sales Engineer - DESKLINE
Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify and explore potential customers and project opportunities within the DESKLINE segment.
- Generate leads and establish connections with key decision-makers and influencers such as Architects, Project Management Consultants, and Office Furniture Managers.
- Utilize prior experience to prospect and engage with Architects, Designers, and Project Management Consultants effectively.
- Take charge of product specification for contract furniture projects.
- Define and target decision-makers in the DESKLINE segment, conducting in-person visits to nurture business relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain and organize data related to campaigns, activities, leads, and marketing lists within a CRM system.
- Plan, execute, and assess marketing activities and DESKLINE campaigns across various marketing channels, including social media, industry publications, and digital marketing platforms.
- Participate in local trade shows focused on the DESKLINE business segment.
- Provide feedback on competitive information to ensure a competitive advantage is maintained.
- Foster communication with relevant departments at both the headquarters and subsidiary levels.
- Undertake any other sales-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Possess 2 to 4 years of experience in project sales, specifically in the field of office furniture or workspace projects.
- Ideally, have prior sales experience in premium brands or service-oriented industries.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Exhibit creative problem-solving abilities.
- Be proficient in influencing project stakeholders.
- Maintain effective verbal and written communication skills, particularly in English.
Educational Qualification:
- B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Electronics Engineering OR
- B-Arch or B-Design OR
- BBA/ MBA (Marketing)
