Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer, based in Bengaluru. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical solutions to clients, presenting product specifications, and supporting sales processes. The role includes fostering customer relationships, delivering technical and sales presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client needs. The Sales Engineer will also ensure customer satisfaction by providing exemplary technical support and service.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support are required to address customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Strong Communication, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience in Sales and Customer Service to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and technical knowledge in air control, HVAC and environmental systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field; prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
