Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer located in Bengaluru. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving technical sales, providing exceptional technical support to clients, and addressing their queries. The role includes presenting engineering solutions, developing sales strategies, and identifying business opportunities to meet revenue goals. The candidate will also be required to work cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize customer satisfaction and ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering to identify and deliver suitable solutions for clients
  • Strong skills in building and maintaining client relationships within sales environments
  • Experience providing effective Technical Support to solve customer inquiries and technical challenges
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively present solutions and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on achieving sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field
  • Previous experience (1 to 2 years) in a technical sales or sales engineering role is preferred
  • Problem-solving ability and willingness to learn new technologies
