Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing robust technical support, and offering tailored solutions that align with client requirements. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, conducting product presentations, providing pre-sales and post-sales support, and contributing to achieving sales targets. The role also involves working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Sales Engineering and expertise in providing technical guidance and solutions.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and building long-term client relationships.
- Strong Communication and Sales skills to effectively present solutions and close deals.
- Ability to provide Technical Support and address customer inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to customize products according to client specifications.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and a sound understanding of the manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical or a related technical field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the components, enclosure, or industrial machinery market is advantageous.
