Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineers, for Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for delivering technical support, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales growth for Telled Marketing's solutions and services. Responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, presenting product solutions, and facilitating automation in product and process development. Collaboration with both internal teams and external clients will be key to ensuring successful implementation of solutions and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales Engineering and Sales to effectively promote and implement technical solutions.
- Proficiency in providing Technical Support and delivering exceptional Customer Service.
- Strong Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships and convey technical concepts effectively.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and solve complex technical challenges.
- Background in engineering or relevant technical domains; prior knowledge of CAD/CAM/CAE technologies is a plus.
