Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, promoting and selling company products, collaborating with internal teams to develop customer solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. The role will involve regular interaction with clients to better understand their needs, provide technical presentations, and deliver optimal solutions tailored to customer requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering and a strong understanding of technical aspects of liquid sterile technology products
  • Skills in Sales and Customer Service, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Technical Support capabilities to assist clients in implementing and troubleshooting solutions
  • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical concepts effectively
  • Relevant education in Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and goal-oriented approach
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry is a plus
