Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer, based in Manila with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for leveraging technical expertise to support the sales process, conducting technical evaluations, and developing tailored solutions for clients. Day-to-day tasks include client consultations, providing technical support, collaborating with the sales team to develop proposals, and ensuring successful implementation of solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts effectively
• Strong Sales and Customer Service skills to build relationships and ensure client satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client and team collaborations
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Relevant technical expertise or background in commercial kitchen systems is a plus
• Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD) and other technical tools is advantageous
