About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Field Sales Engineer to join our execution team at Richhen Engineers Pvt. Ltd. As a Field Sales Engineer in Electrical you will be responsible for driving business growth by promoting and selling electrical products and solutions within assigned territories. This role requires a strong blend of technical understanding and sales expertise, with a focus on developing relationships across the construction and infrastructure ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in field sales, along with a well-established network of contractors, builders, dealers, and distributors. The role involves extensive travel, active market engagement, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory
  • Appoint and onboard dealers, distributors, and channel partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, consultants, and project stakeholders
  • Promote electrical products and provide technical guidance to clients
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and expand market share
  • Ensure effective territory coverage and track competitor activities
  • Manage collections and ensure timely payments from clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support

Required qualification & Skills:
  • BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
  • 28 years of experience in field sales (electrical products, building materials, or construction-related products)
  • Strong network with contractors, builders, dealers, and distributors
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively
