Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer for a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi. The position involves understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable technical solutions, providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support, and driving sales initiatives. The Senior Sales Engineer will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, provide product demonstrations, and ensure excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
• Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in working with coding, marking, or printing solutions is highly advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field preferred
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
