Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – US Market
Location: Pune (Work from Office)
Shift Timing: 02:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST (Monday to Friday)
Experience Required: 1–2 Years
Industry: IT Services / AI & Data Engineering Services
Job Responsibilities:
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and prospecting tools
• Identify decision-makers within Enterprises and Mid-Sized companies in the US market
• Schedule meetings and discovery calls for the sales leadership team
• Research target accounts, industry trends, and customer pain points
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in CRM tools
• Manage follow-ups and nurture outbound campaigns
• Handle outreach for AI, Data Engineering, Cloud, Automation, and Staff Augmentation services
• Achieve weekly and monthly meeting generation targets
Required Skills:
• 1–2 years of experience in IT Services / Staffing / AI & Data Engineering sales
• Experience working with the US market is mandatory
• Excellent communication and email drafting skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Seamless, HubSpot, etc.
• Basic understanding of AI, Data Engineering, Cloud, and Digital Transformation services
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in Enterprise/GCC outreach
• Knowledge of Generative AI, Data Engineering, Cloud, or Staff Augmentation services
• Exposure to CRM tools and sales automation platforms
