  • Shift: US Time Zone (Night Shift – EST/PST aligned)
  • Shift timing – 5 PM – 2 AM

Finsmart Accounting is a leading offshore accounting firm supporting 300+ clients globally —

including CPA firms, accounting practices, and international corporates across the USA, UK,

EU, and India. Our specialized Accounting Seat model helps businesses solve talent and

capacity challenges with dedicated offshore teams.

With a team of 200+ and growing, we are looking for energetic and confident Tele Callers to

help us connect with prospective clients in the USA.

What we are looking for:

  • A highly confident and self-motivated communicator.
  • Someone who is polite yet persistent - able to break through gatekeepers and reach decision-makers.
  • Curious about accounting and outsourcing -Training will be provided, but willingness to learn is key.
  • Strong listening skills and ability to understand client pain points and pitch accordingly.

Requirement:

  • 1–3 years of experience in tele-calling, inside sales, or lead generation – preferably in international markets (USA/B2B domain).
  • Excellent spoken English with neutral/US accent and confident communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in night shift aligned to US time zones.
  • Familiarity with using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), Google Sheets, and email tools.
  • Prior experience in outsourcing, staffing, accounting, or B2B services is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to accounting firms and potential leads in the USA market,
  • based on target lists provided.
  • Introduce Finsmart's offshore accounting services and schedule discovery
  • calls/appointments with decision-makers.
  • Maintain call logs, update CRM (HubSpot), and ensure lead status is accurately
  • captured.
  • Follow up with warm leads through emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn where
  • required.
  • Coordinate with Business Development Executives and share daily/weekly reports
  • of progress.
  • Support in campaign follow-ups after webinars, newsletters, or LinkedIn ads.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • At least 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
