The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding team. In this role, you will engage with potential clients, generate leads, and help drive our business growth. You'll play a vital part in the early stages of the sales process, identifying opportunities, building relationships, and setting the stage for our sales team to close deals. Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients, offering tailored solutions and introducing them to our services.

Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach, including calls, emails, and social media interactions.

Schedule and conduct initial discovery calls to identify customer needs and pain points.

Manage and update the sales pipeline to ensure efficient tracking of leads and timely follow-ups.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and increase lead conversion rates.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

Stay updated on industry trends and our offerings to effectively address client needs.

Provide feedback to improve the overall sales strategy and process.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Proven experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in the B2B sector.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage potential clients effectively.

Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on achieving measurable sales results.

Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track leads and sales progress.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize effectively.

A positive, proactive attitude with a strong desire to contribute to business growth.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members in a remote setting.

Comfortable using digital tools for outreach, including email, phone, and social media platforms.
