Role Description

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for generating new business opportunities in the Indian market. The role involves outbound cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email prospecting to identify companies requiring Software Development, ERP implementation, Workflow Automation, or IT staffing solutions.

This is a target-oriented role where the candidate is expected to book 8–10 qualified meetings per month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation techniques
  • Identify and connect with decision-makers such as CTOs, IT Heads, HR Heads, and Founders
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Sales and a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Understanding of Business Development practices and strategies
  • Ability to work independently, maintain a positive attitude, and build client relationships
  • Exposure to the industrial or IT sector is preferred
