Job Summary
Looking for a driven and enthusiastic
Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach, engage potential clients, and set up qualified meetings for the sales team. This is a high-impact role ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, working in a fast-paced start up environment, and building a career in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 200+ outbound calls per week to potential clients
- Execute outreach campaigns via Email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
- Research and identify high-potential leads and decision-makers
- Generate interest and book product demos/meetings for the sales team
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and engagement with prospects
- Update and manage lead data in CRM tools or spreadsheets
- Track daily activities and ensure target achievement (calls, demos, conversions)
- Build relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders
- Work closely with internal teams to improve conversion strategies
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales / SDR / Business Development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Highly disciplined, target-driven, and accountable
- Basic understanding of sales processes and lead generation
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus
- Willingness to travel for meetings/events if required
