Job Description

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Work Schedule: 5 Days/Week – Work From Office

About the Role

At ContraVault AI, we are transforming how enterprises manage tenders, bids, contracts, and procurement workflows using AI. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving our India market expansion by identifying potential customers, initiating conversations with decision-makers, and building a strong sales pipeline for the founding GTM team.

An Ideal Candidate Would Have

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, SaaS sales, or outbound lead generation
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including VP-level and C-level executives
  • Strong confidence in cold calling, outbound messaging, and high-volume prospecting
  • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills
  • A self-driven and target-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-velocity sales environment
  • Strong ownership and the ability to work independently in a fast-growing startup setup

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a 0–1 startup environment
  • Understanding of tendering, procurement, contract management, or enterprise workflow ecosystems
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Experience using prospecting and outreach tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email automation platforms
  • Prior experience selling into enterprise, infrastructure, EPC, or procurement-focused businesses is a plus
