Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative role located at our office in Zirakpur, Mohali district. The primary responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, identifying potential business opportunities, and nurturing client relationships. The Sales Development Representative will work closely with the sales and business development teams to create, manage, and convert a pipeline of potential clients while providing excellent support in the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify, engage, and nurture potential clients
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and team members
  • Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Business Development to drive growth and close deals
  • Proactive approach to identifying and creating business opportunities
  • Ability to work collaboratively and meet sales targets in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in IT-related sales or knowledge of IT/Managed Services is an added advantage
  • High adaptability and a self-motivated attitude
