Job Description

Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Gurgaon (Full-Time, Work From Office)

Region Focus: United States (US)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly driven Sales Development Representative to join our Gurgaon-based team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified meetings and a strong meetings pipeline for our sales team through proactive outbound outreach. This includes cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other prospecting channels targeting decision-makers in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospects in the US region.
  • Execute multi-channel cold outreach including email, LinkedIn, and other digital prospecting tools.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule discovery/intro meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM.
  • Research accounts to understand key decision-makers, business needs, and potential fit.

Requirements:

  • 25 years of experience in an SDR or outbound sales role (B2B SaaS, consulting or IP experience is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (especially for US clients).
  • Ability to work from the Gurgaon office full-time.
