Job Description

GreyLabs AI is a leading B2B SaaS provider specializing in speech analytics solutions for

BFSI companies. We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Development

Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to

CXOs, Heads, and senior decision-makers in BFSI & Fintech, initiating conversations, and

setting up high-value meetings to build the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Prospecting & Lead Qualification

Research and target potential accounts within BFSI & Fintech.

Identify and engage key decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, Heads, etc.) via

LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Email, and Cold calling.

Leverage tools like Apollo, EazyLeadz, LinkedIn, ChatGPT, Lusha, and other

prospecting databases to find leads.

Qualify leads based on BANT before passing them to the sales team.

Personalized Outreach & Engagement

Craft compelling messaging tailored to each prospect's pain points and

business objectives.

Continuously optimize messaging using AI tools like ChatGPT for

personalization.

Follow-up with prospects to nurture interest and maximize engagement.

Collaboration & Strategy Development

Work closely with the sales team to understand pipeline gaps and refine lead-

gen tactics.

Re-engage on hold/ cold accounts by reconnecting with existing prospects or

identifying new decision-makers within the organization.

Marketing Collaboration & Event Participation

Assist with marketing efforts such as email campaigns, social media

marketing, and content generation using tools like Canva, Freepik, etc.

Attend and represent GreyLabs AI at industry events, and networking

meetups as and when required.

Help develop sales enablement content (decks, outreach templates, client go-

live posters, etc.).

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in generating leads for B2B SaaS software.

Must have lead generation experience in the Indian BFSI & Fintech domain.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage CXO-level prospects.

Proficiency in CRM tools (Freshworks), sales automation software, G Suite, and

other sales-related tech tools.

Willingness to travel as needed for events.

Should be proficient in prompt engineering and using ChatGPT.

Self-motivated learner who takes initiative, adapts quickly and proactively explores

new strategies to enhance lead generation and outreach effectiveness.
