Sales Development Representative (SDR) - adCheckr

  • Location: Mumbai (Vile Parle, onsite)

  • Compensation: 75,000/month fixed + Performance Incentives
  • Start Date: 15th December, 2025

The Mission: adCheckr is building the Spellcheck for Ad Compliance. We are solving a $12B global problem where creative teams are forced to choose between speed and safety. We track regulations in real-time to give instant Green/Red verdicts on ads.

The Role: We are looking for a Sales Hunter who doesn't just cold callyou will be the first line of defense for brands, identifying compliance risks in their live ads and offering the solution before they get fined. You will own the top-of-funnel pipeline for adCheckr in India. Your mandate is to execute our Auto-Sentinel strategy: actively monitoring the market for non-compliant ads and converting that risk into qualified discovery meetings for the Founding AE.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

  1. Instead of generic cold outreach, you will use our tech to sell. Monitor Meta/Google Platforms & Ad Libraries for active ads in high-risk sectors.
  2. Send Pre-Sales Intervention Emails to CMOs/Compliance Heads with a screenshot of their violation and the specific regulation cited (e.g., This ad violates RBI Lending Guidelines).
  3. Build a named list of 300400 ICP accounts/month, specifically targeting sectors facing the Compliance Cliff:
  4. Execute 75100 high-quality touches/day via Email, LinkedIn, and Phone.
  5. Qualify ruthlessly: You aren't just booking meetings; you are qualifying for Pain (Compliance Fines), Urgency (Active Campaigns), and Authority (Legal/Marketing Decision Makers).
  6. Feedback Loop: You are the ears of the product. Document every objection (e.g., Why not just use ChatGPT) to help us build the Kill Shot Objection Playbook.

The Scoreboard (Success Metrics)

  1. Output: 1518 Qualified Discovery Meetings/month (held).
  2. Pipeline Quality: 70% of your meetings must progress to a Product Demo/Pilot.
  3. Activity: 1,500+ touches/month with a focus on intervention style outreach.
  4. Data Hygiene: 100% accurate tagging of vertical, ad volume, and risk level in the CRM.
