What You'll Do:

  • Prospect Daily: Run consistent outreach across calls, emails, and LinkedIn every single day, not just when it's convenient.
  • Engage Relentlessly: Research, identify, and connect with CFOs, Finance Controllers, and Finance Transformation leaders across mid-to-large enterprises.
  • Qualify with Patience: Learn to ask the right questions, run structured discovery, and map the buying committee over time.
  • Stay Process-Driven: Use Zoho CRM to maintain clean, accurate records of every outreach and follow-up because discipline compounds.
  • Collaborate with AEs: Support Account Executives with thoughtful hand-offs, account intelligence, and persistence until the meeting happens.
  • Go the Extra Mile: Be the person who makes one more call, sends one more email, tries one more angle before moving on.

What You Bring:

  • 12 years of SDR / Inside Sales experience in B2B SaaS (preferred in Fintech/ERP/Finance Automation).
  • A track record of consistency in outreach, whether or not every day resulted in meetings.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to personalize outreach.
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM and prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Outreach.
  • A process-first mindset: you value discipline and activity, knowing results will follow.
  • Resilience and coachability you bounce back quickly from rejection and keep going.
