Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative to help generate new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients in the US market. This role focuses on prospecting and initial engagement through multiple channels such as calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email communication. You will play a key role in identifying potential leads, starting conversations, and setting up meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach to potential clients through LinkedIn messaging, email campaigns, and calls.
  • Introduce company services and generate interest among prospective customers.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Schedule meetings or discovery calls for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in CRM systems.
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture and maintain engagement.
  • Research companies, industries, and decision-makers before initiating outreach.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies and processes.

Technical Skills

  • Basic knowledge of: LinkedIn, Email communication tools, CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar – preferred)
  • Familiarity with tools like: Google Sheets / Excel, Lead generation tools (preferred but not mandatory)

Educational Qualifications

Any Bachelor's degree

Candidates with coursework or interest in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or Communication will have an added advantage.
