Role: Sales Development Representative
The SDR is responsible for executing outbound sales campaigns and converting ICP-fit
accounts into qualified sales meetings and revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
What You Will Do
1. Qualified Meetings & Revenue Contribution
● Use signals and account intelligence to target ICP-fit accounts (funding,
events, hiring, tech changes, growth signals)
● Execute outbound outreach to ICP-fit healthcare and HealthTech accounts
● Generate qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives
● Ensure meetings meet qualification standards (ICP, intent, authority, need)
● Contribute directly to pipeline creation and revenue influence
2. Outbound Campaign Strategy & Execution
● Design and run multi-touch outbound campaigns across:
- Light calling (as needed)
● Personalize messaging based on:
- Account context
- Role-specific pain points
- Industry and market signals
● Continuously test and optimize:
- Subject lines
- Messaging angles
- Cadence structure
3. Lead Qualification & Sales Handoff
● Engage inbound and outbound leads professionally
● Qualify prospects on:
- Business need
- Buying intent
- Stakeholder involvement
- Timeline
● Share clear call notes, account context, and next steps with AEs
● Ensure smooth and structured handoff to Account Executives
4. CRM Discipline & Reporting
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
● Track:
- Outreach activity
- Responses
- Meetings booked
- Disqualification reasons
● Follow defined SDR processes and reporting standards
Skills & Requirements
Who Can Apply
MBA (Marketing / Sales preferred)
Strong written and spoken English
Experience or comfort with:
● Outbound email campaigns
● LinkedIn prospecting
● CRM tools
Ability to understand B2B healthcare & HealthTech buyers
Strong ownership, consistency, and execution mindset

Work Timings:
