Position Overview -
Our Client is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will be responsible for generating new leads for the sales team and effectively communicating the value of the company's products to drive sales. This role is focused on international markets, requiring experience in engaging with global clients and understanding diverse business environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
● Identify and generate new sales leads through channels such as email, LinkedIn, and
outbound calls.
● Maintain an active and professional presence on LinkedIn to build brand awareness and
engage with international prospects.
Qualification:
● Evaluate and qualify prospects based on interest level, business needs, and alignment
with the company's offerings.
Outreach:
● Engage with potential customers through personalized emails, calls, and other
communication channels.
● Educate prospects about the company's solutions and build strong relationships,
especially across international markets.
Pipeline Management:
● Track and manage sales opportunities, ensuring timely progression through the pipeline.
Collaboration:
● Work closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers to meet overall sales
objectives.
Data Management:
● Maintain accurate and updated records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Reporting:
● Provide regular reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and other key performance
metrics.
Key Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with 2+ years of experience
in sales.
● Mandatory experience in international sales or working with international clients.
● Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
● Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
● Good time management, prioritization, and organizational abilities.
● Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
● Strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
