Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales opportunities within the IT and IT services sector by managing inbound leads and executing outbound prospecting through cold calls and email outreach.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within assigned territory.
- Team with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals.
- Perform effective online demos to prospects.
- Develop business through cold calls to new and current leads.
- Qualify all new sellers by analyzing their offerings aligned with market needs.
- Ensure to manage all existing accounts through steady communication using client service skills.
- Manage and provide solutions to all issues related to customer satisfaction.
- Track and update all prospect interactions and deal progress in CRM tools.

- 80 to 100 outbound calls.

- Connect with prospect with different means like reaching out on LinkedIn etc.
